Sarpy County authorities are accusing two men of possessing various items related to identity fraud found during a traffic stop two months ago.

Herman Fessehai, 30, and Emanuel Haile, 24, were arrested by La Vista police in August after a traffic stop on Interstate 80. According to a search warrant, the men were found with 13 credit cards with three different names, software to read and write magnetic strips, and a list of possible credit card numbers, along with large amounts of cash and money orders.
