Man arrested for identity theft

HALFMOON – A 25-year-old Troy man was arrested last week on identity theft charges for fraudulent credit card use.

Justin R. Hensleigh of Ford Avenue was charged with first-degree identity theft for allegedly using a town man’s identity to get credit cards and purchase items totaling $4,825.97, sheriff’s deputies said.

Hensleigh was arraigned in town court and sent to the Saratoga County Jail on $1,000 cash bail, deputies said.
